Experienced guides can take you out to dive from a boat and take you to the best spots. The waters around the island are filled with age-old shipwrecks awaiting your discovery. Clear blue waters make diving in Inagua a truly unique experience.
Half Day – Water Wonders
This half-day excursion can be arranged at any time of the day and takes you to some of t
he best and most accessible reefs on the island. You will be able to access the reefs right off the beach and see a multitude of fish, turtles, and even small sharks.

Take a day to explore the full range of marine life that Inagua has to offer. Depart in the morning with a short drive through flocks of flamingos, herons, and other local birdlife. Then, take a boat ride off the deserte
d coastline to snorkel the reefs along the coast, search for offshore wrecks, and see some of the greatest abundance of fish and other marine life in the region. Enjoy a light lunch on one of the islands deserted beaches, take a walk, search for shells or driftwood, or just relax on the sand. In the afternoon, return to land and continue your marine exploration from the beach, where the reef comes within 30 yards of the palm trees that line the shoreline.• Guide and air conditioned car or van provided to the snorkel sites • Tour lasts approximately 5-6 hours

There are currently no dive organizations located on Great Inagua, however, it is possible to arrange diving expeditions for experienced divers.
